Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best experience for our participants. If your plans change, please refer to the following cancellation and refund guidelines:

1. Cancellations by Participants

Participants may cancel their registration up to 72 hours before the start of the course or workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations by Soul Skool

If Soul Skool cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option of attending the rescheduled course or receiving a full refund.

3. No-Show Policy

If a participant does not attend the course or workshop without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request and will be returned via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Programs

Courses offered at discounted rates, promotional offers, or early-bird registrations are non-refundable unless stated otherwise during purchase.
